eXtension Migrates Learn Platform to Connect Extension
Over the past few years, the eXtension Foundation has been migrating its custom technology platforms to commercial tools. This has resulted in providing Cooperative Extension professionals with better technology solutions that are consistent with industry standards and provides greater flexibility, usability, and marketability. Re: Video Ventures - Teaching and Telling your Story to the Camera
@Amy L Rhodes - thanks for sharing these! I recommend that when you create them, either leave the location box empty or write "virtual." Keep placing the registration link in the body you are doing, but placing it in the location box doesn't work as it's not clickable.

Re: Virtual Women's Chainsaw Safety 101
Thank you for sharing Laurel! I did update the "Location" field in this post to say "Virtual" since you had put the registration link in the body. In Connect Extension, putting a URL in that field does not make it clickable and it looks funky on the side widget.

Re: Greywater in Utah
Thanks for sharing Roslynn! I updated your event with a "Register Here" button. If you put URL's in the location field, they aren't clickable - so I wanted to make sure folks have something to click on! I usually leave the location field blank or write "Virtual."

During the webinar, these panelists guided participants through the different nutrition tools and resources found on the USDA and HHS sites. There were a TON of resources that they covered, and as promised - we wanted to share that list here: If you missed the webinar, you can find a recording of it here...

ICYMI: Connect Extension Chat: Virtual Field Days
More than 50 Cooperative Extension professionals from across the nation gathered virtually to discuss Virtual Field Days. The chat contains a wealth of tips, links and lessons learned. Questions that were posed (and capably answered!) include: What are some ideas to move a Field Days event online? What examples of virtual Field Days have you done/seen/been a part of? Please describe and share links, if possible. For those who have done virtual Field Days, what were some of the challenges you...
