Plant-based proteins (such as beans and lentils) are nutrient-dense foods that and can compliment various types of recipes and cooking styles. Join Ricardo to hear an overview of the different types of plant-based foods that are considered to be good sources of proteins, gain tips for including these items in your weekly menu, and learn healthy recipes using these foods that you can easily make at home.
