They're using the recording sessions to create community and a sense of audience (this happens mid-week), and then dropping the actual podcast on Friday. What Title IX Training program do you-all use for Master Gardener and/or 4-H Adult Volunteers, to complete mandatory anti-bias and anti-harassment training?
