Accelerating Innovation: Join Us for the 2024 Impact Collaborative Summit!

The 2024 Impact Collaborative Summit is approaching! The Summit is a dynamic event designed to boost organizational readiness and foster innovation for current New Technologies for Ag Extension (NTAE) Projects and ECOP Program Action Teams. The NTAE is a USDA NIFA grant in partnership with the University of New Hampshire, launching its first year in February 2024. This year, 22 NTAE projects from 14 states were selected to receive NTAE grant funding and support from the Extension Foundation! These projects align with USDA and ECOP strategic goals and will benefit from the Summit to identify planning gaps and accelerate their project goals. We look forward to seeing the impact of these teams' efforts at the Summit!

What is the Impact Collaborative Summit?

The Impact Collaborative Summit is a two-day virtual gathering. It empowers teams by providing them with essential skills, tools, resources, and partnerships to enhance their impact. Over two days, attendees will benefit from special keynote speaker sessions and personalized team time with the Extension Foundation’s Coaches and Key Informants to help facilitate breakthroughs and project acceleration. Teams will have access to our key informants to ask questions and gain insights from experts in catalyzation; innovation; program development and evaluation; community partnerships; communications, marketing; diversity, equity, and inclusion; educational technology; instructional design; visualization; and more. The event concludes with a project showcase, where teams have an opportunity to share their project with the Summit community…and beyond.

Why Attend?

Past participants have said this about the unique benefits of the Summit:

  • Networking with individuals from Land-grant institutions with similar program audiences or goals
  • Access to diverse expertise in one place
  • Opportunities to connect and collaborate with like-minded projects
  • Rapid establishment of invaluable relationships with Key Informants and resources

Special Keynote Sessions

Karl will delve into the essential elements that drive top teams to success, featuring insights from three former NTAE Fellows on the importance of fostering a cohesive team culture.

In the second keynote, Aaron Weibe and Melanie Pugsley from the Extension Foundation's communications and marketing team will explore innovative Client Engagement strategies. They’ll share valuable insights into how the Extension Foundation leverages tools to understand clients, co-create value, and enhance organizational-client relationships.
