In May, the eXtension Foundation launched a monthly story lead contest in partnership with Farm Journal in the Farm Journal Monthly Story Lead Contest group here in Connect Extension. Karl, These hints are quite helpful. I've preached and practiced making the subject line helpful to the reader. I often add a date if there's a deadline. I appreciate the same for others. Your article brought some new ideas which I intend to incorporate. I also like the logic structure you suggest for the action oriented emails.
