However, to give you some feedback - I do have experience in creating RSS feeds. It sounds like you're asking about podcast hosting (i.e. where can I upload my podcast files so they end up on iTunes or Google Podcasts?). I love this approach. Another podcast that's taking a really collaborative approach is Water Talk out of University of California Ag & Natural Resources. They're using the recording sessions to create community and a sense of audience (this happens mid-week), and then dropping the actual podcast on Friday.
