This post included some questions to assist with reflection on gratitude. I've never seen these type of questions before in any of the multitude of articles on gratitude that I've seen over the years. I shared this on facebook. I copied it into my calendar, as a recurring appointment each Monday morning, so I can purposefully reflect on gratitude each week throughout the end of the year.

We're working on a grant proposal to work with Coop Extension professionals to train in the use of improvisation tools and techniques ("yes...and", focussed listening, "accepting the offer") for communication. These improv skills offer a way to increase confidence and comfort when having to enter "difficult" stress and mental health conversations with farmers and clients. Some reminders...
At an appointment the other day Sesame Street was on the TV in the waiting room. Naturally, everyone from kids to adults was watching it.
