I love this approach. Another podcast that's taking a really collaborative approach is Water Talk out of University of California Ag & Natural Resources. They're using the recording sessions to create community and a sense of audience (this happens mid-week), and then dropping the actual podcast on Friday. It's been an incredibly inclusive process: the team publicizes the recording on social media, including Twitter, and then shares the Zoom link via email. Again: so looking forward to...

eXtension Selects 8 Projects For Acceleration From Cooperative Extension for 2020-2021
As part of eXtension’s New Technologies for Agricultural Extension (NTAE) Cooperative Agreement with USDA-NIFA, the eXtension Foundation selected 8 projects from 33 competitive nominations across the system for year two to participate in its project accelerator program. Phones are the primary device (especially for Hispanics) to access social media. Budget and Savings are key words that are powerful motivators; tie these words into messaging and your call to action. Interest in Understanding Ecosystem Service Values by Conservation Professionals in the Northeastern US
A multi-state survey was implemented in December 2018 to assess the information needs of natural resource conservation professionals regarding the value of land conservation in their community. Findings reveal that most respondents do not have the information needed to incorporate ecosystem service values into planning and decision-making. Your article brought some new ideas which I intend to incorporate. I also like the logic structure you suggest for the action oriented emails.
