We would like to invite you to join us next week for a Dynamic Discussion session focused on the demographic trends in the United States and the impact it has on  Extension's approach to programming and staffing.

Changes in population size and make-up, along with economic and political uncertainties, have presented a unique opportunity for Extension to transform its approach to meet the needs of future audiences. This Dynamic Discussion will bring together a panel from across the Extension and higher education to discuss and exchange ideas around demographic trends, shifts in programming, and impacts on  resource management and staffing within the Extension system.

Please register above if you would like to join, and if you can't join us, you can still register to receive the recording. Please note: Dynamic Discussions is open to Extension Foundation members only.

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs. The Foundation provides professional development to Cooperative Extension professionals and offers exclusive services to its members. In 2020 and 2021, the Extension Foundation has awarded 85% of its direct funding back to the Cooperative Extension System, 100% of funds are used to support Cooperative Extension initiatives.
