Last week marked the conclusion of this year’s Extension Skills, our monthly professional development series for Extension Foundation members! We were fortunate to feature many experts who shared valuable tips and best practices to help Extension professionals connect with audiences, showcase the success of their projects and programs, and build lasting support.
This year’s series focused on three key themes: Telling Our Extension Story (January–April), which explored strategies to enhance communication and outreach; Community Engagement (May–August), highlighting best practices to strengthen community connections; and Finding and Securing Funding for Extension Professionals (September–December), offering ideas and insights from Extension teams to support your funding efforts.
Check out this upcoming year's Extension Skills schedule and register for sessions here.
