The Cooperative Extension system has a vision of reaching 10 million youth annually through the 4-H program by the year 2025. The goal is to create opportunities for more youth to access 4-H and benefit from positive youth development (PYD) programs that lead to improved economic prosperity and quality of life outcomes for the youth of our nation.
