USDA SBIR Application Webinar Series - Overview

Part 1 in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) webinar series...

This first webinar answers these important questions: What is the USDA Small Business Innovation Research program? Am I eligible to apply? What’s in it for me? What is the application process? What are the qualities of a strong proposal? The target audiences are (1) innovative small businesses (less then 500 employees) impacting rural areas, especially women- and minority-owned firms; and (2) Extension professional who work with small innovative firms. This is part one of a three part series, and part of a national effort led by the Western Rural Development Center (at Utah State University) and presented by Scott Dockum, SBIR Program Coordinator/COR, USDA NIFA.
