One of the most requested topics for MFLN Nutrition and Wellness has been for a webinar on the low FODMAP diet. We listened and are very excited to present this webinar "The low FODMAP diet for irritable bowel syndrome: From evidence to practice"

The Monash University research team discovered a group of short-chain carbohydrates that are either poorly absorbed in the small intestine or are completely indigestible. These carbohydrates are called FODMAPs: fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols. Their poor absorption in some people triggers IBS symptoms.

Tune into this webinar to learn how FODMAPS contribute to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and how to help your patients/clients with this complicated diet.
