Program Design Strategy to Increase Participant Capacity

For 2017, Epsilon Sigma Phi introduces our first peer-reviewed webinar series. This second webinar will share strategies for successful program design and delivery which challenge and support program participants to strengthen competence, build connections and lead with confidence. Using program evaluation data, we will illustrate how University of Minnesota Extension Center for Community Vitality staff have successfully designed and delivered leadership programs using an approach focused on a “Four S” concept. Since 2012 we have used concepts of scaffolding, scope, sequence and strategy (Four S) to plan several of our leadership curriculums. In this webinar we will share examples using the NELD NC Program (National Extension Leadership Development, North Central Region).
