Prediction of Bioavailability of Phosphorus for Dairy Cattle



Better management of nutrients in feed leads to more efficient use of those nutrients, therefore a decrease in excreted nutrients. Improved efficiency means increased profitability and the opportunity for incentive payments. This webcast will include presentations based on a project to enhance “Prediction of Bioavailability of Phosphorus for Dairy Cattle”. The project is an integrated approach to increase the adoption of “Precision Phosphorus Feeding” on dairy farms. An application for continuing education credit for Certified Crop Advisors (CCAs) and members of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) has been submitted. More...
