Onboarding Program to Promote Early Wins

Presenter:  Jeff Ripley, Extension Specialist, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, Organizational Development Unit.

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service utilizes a holistic approach to onboarding new Agents/Educators with the focus being on the program development model. Training these new employees in the practical applications of the model allows them to have early success in understanding community needs, developing and delivering programs, and building community support.
