Join Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Institute and University of Illinois Extension for a series on improving a variety of programs on self-care. Pick and choose programs based on interest.

Knowledge is Power: Evaluating Scientific Claims - Every day, we are bombarded with information online about our health, but it is not always easy to tell what is correct. Join neuroscience researcher Corinne Cannavale for this session focused on how to evaluate scientific information seen in the media.
