Foodborne Outbreaks--What You Need to Know
Dr. Soohyoun Ahn will discuss recent outbreak trends, how to report a foodborne illness or outbreak, and how to prevent outbreaks. She'll also provide some general food safety information.
Dr. Ahn is Assistant Professor in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Florida. Dr. Barbara Brown, Extension Food Specialist at Oklahoma State University, will moderate.
