Differences in ACA Implementation Between Two States & Implications for Consumers and Educators

The implementation of the Affordable Care Act is in full swing and we have a chance to evaluate how well it is or isn't doing in achieving some of its goals. One thing is becoming apparent...some states are doing a better job at helping their residents get insured, one of the main ACA goals. Though both conservative states, the different experiences in Kansas and Kentucky highlight how state-specific decisions about how to implement the ACA impact who gets insured. This webinar will discuss those differences within the context of the ACA's goals.
