Kevin Gamble will do a short introduction and then guide the conversation about cultivating a workforce of knowledge workers. Having flexible and passionate knowledge workers is critical to the future success of Extension. Factors to consider include recruitment, professional development, retaining, and rewarding employees that have the ability and mindset to respond to complex issues.
