Before you start a backyard or urban poultry flock it is important to pre-plan. That includes developing a budget. What will it cost for housing, equipment, birds, feed, etc.? What will the weekly/monthly cash flow be? Dr. Gregory Martin from the University of Pennsylvania will discuss these concerns.
