Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction among Extension Employees

Are you a servant leader? Is being a servant leader related to your job satisfaction in your Extension career?

I am conducting research for a doctoral dissertation on the relationship between Servant Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction among Extension employees. I am interested in all types of work within Extension, 1862, 1890, 1994 and at all levels from support staff to upper level administration, and in all discipline areas and specialties.
