Registration for the Joint Council of Extension Professionals (JCEP) 2024 Public Issues Leadership Development (PILD) conference is open! Join us April 15-17, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport. All Extension professionals are welcome.
Dr. Damona Doye, Oklahoma State University Associate Vice President and Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Director shared the value of PILD and associated Hill visits. “From pre-conference events to the Congressional visits, I found the PILD experience to be a great one for our state delegation of educators who are leaders in their professional associations. They gained valuable perspectives on the federal Extension partnerships, priorities, and funding. And they had an opportunity to share how their educational work helps Oklahomans and provides a great return on the federal investment with some of our Congressional delegation and staff.”
