Join the Extension as a Catalyst to Community-University Engagement Quarterly Connection!

The "Extension as a Catalyst to Community-University Engagement" community of practice is designed for Extension professionals responsible for community-university engagement. It aims to bring together individuals to share resources, celebrate successes, and address challenges in this field.

The group began with a Dynamic Discussions event in July, where panelists discussed their institution's community engagement structure. The conversation highlighted innovative ways universities are using Extension to enhance community engagement strategies and examined Extension's role in supporting community-based research and teaching across various states. This session marked the beginning of a community of practice to share insights on how Extension can lead these efforts.

To build on this foundation, a community of practice has been created with quarterly meetings scheduled. The first meeting is coming up this month!
