Funding Available from the North Central IPM Center

The two annual requests for application (RFA) are now available from the North Central IPM Center. The Center funds efforts that support integrated pest management (IPM), including Critical Issue (research) projects and Working Group team-building projects. Download the RFAs from the North Central IPM Center Grants page.

Research efforts related to important pest concerns or management of these pests may receive funding through the Critical Issues program. Approximately $100,000 is available for Critical Issues projects, with a maximum of $50,000 per award. Approximately $200,000 is available for Working Group projects with a maximum of $20,000 per award.

Applications for Working Group projects and Critical Issues projects should support the Center’s priorities. All applications must be submitted online. The application deadline is Friday, November 18, 2022, at 6:00 pm EST (5:00 pm CST).

While the project director must reside in the North Central region, funded projects often include collaborators outside the region.

The Center will host a Zoom meeting on October 5, 2022, at 10 am EST (9 am CST) to answer questions and provide more information. Be sure to register in advance. Questions may also be sent to northcentral@ncipmc.org.
