Eat Healthy, Be Active Community Workshops

The Eat Healthy, Be Active Community Workshops are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. Each of these six 1-hour workshops includes a lesson plan, learning objectives, talking points, hands-on activities, videos, resources, and handouts.

The workshops are used by community educators, health promoters, dietitians/nutritionists, cooperative extension agents, and others to teach adults in a wide variety of community settings.
