Cornell Cooperative Extension Seeks Applicants for Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator Position

Salesforce Business Analyst - Administrator will work with colleagues, end-users and department managers to deliver innovative solutions for business priorities in Cooperative Extension and CALS.

This position will work with constituents to identify business needs and determine solutions using the Salesforce platform.  You will use intermediate to expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities to design, develop, test, and maintain complex programmatic (coded) and declarative solutions for process automation, data management, reporting and data visualization, user experience improvements, and security.

This role will collaborate with the existing Salesforce support team on the CALS org but the primary project of this role is the implementation of a new Salesforce org for Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE).

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement and requires the candidate to be located in New York state.
