"ALIVE"

At this time during a pandemic we find ourselves physically distanced & isolated from one another.  However, it's been exciting to see so many creative ways to stay socially connected.  These connection times are meaningful and are essential to our overall health.  To help focus this time, one of the things you could do is interview your loved ones.  Stay with me here...

LOSS

One of the things we all have in common is loss.  It's maybe the only thing we all truly have in common.  We've all lost a special someone in our lives that's had an amazing impact on us.  We carry a lot of them with us every day & in this way they are still very much "alive".

INTERVIEWS

When our family lived overseas my son kept asking questions about my Dad.  Long story short, he called him a few times & interviewed him.  It was super special for both people & made a lasting connection for my son years after his Grandfather passed away.  Our only regret...not recording the interview calls.

Here's a note from Brendon Burchard about an interview he did (and recorded) with his Dad just days before he passed away from leukemia.  Yes, it includes his interview questions.

Interviewing Your Loved Ones

Wisdom from his Brendon's Dad...

"Be  yourself.  Be honest.  Do your best.  Take care of your family.  Treat people with respect.  Be a good citizen.  Follow your dreams."

LIVE | LOVE | LAUGH | MATTER

The importance of these relationships can't be overstated.  Reach out, connect, live in the moment, love & laugh together because it matters & so do they!
