Have any municipality leased purchased vehicles (police department) and used the dealership to provide financing? In the past, the city has bought vehicles through state contract and leased purchased through financial institutions. But it seems as if state contract pricing is no part of DFA. What is the correct way to handle this? Do i accept the leasing price from the dealership and use their financing options? or get other financing options?
