Workforce Skills Outcomes from Camp Counseling

If people learn best by teaching, then early experience as a camp counselor may be among the best opportunities to gain workforce skills, including goal setting and organization, communication, problem solving, leadership and teamwork.

Theresa Ferrari and dozens of 4-H agents across Ohio provide the opportunity to learn and lead to hundreds of high school students as counselors in county-based camps. Theresa will share the process and the results in this webinar.
