Who Gets My Personal Stuff

We all have personal items that are important or precious to us or to our heirs. In estate planning, personal items are often ignored, yet they may cause some of the most significant emotions and conflicts. Who gets grandma’s quilt? Who gets dad’s favorite gun? How do we divide the china, family photos, tack and tools? There are several prior steps which can help to reduce the stress and conflict during the emotional time when death occurs.
