Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) are a popular form of business entity or organization. There are a number of ways an LLC can be used to strengthen a farming operation, including but not limited to, limiting liability, defining family ownership interests and/or transition and succession planning. This webinar will provide you with examples of the potential pros and cons of utilizing an LLC in your farming operation and give you ideas to discuss with your individual attorney.
