No matter what the age or life stage, USDA has resources to help people personalize their plates with healthy choices. In this webinar, two registered dietitians from the USDA National Agricultural Library will share how to access federal nutrition resources for different age groups and how dietary guidance has evolved over time. The speakers will highlight life stage resources on the Nutrition.gov and Food and Nutrition Information Center (FNIC) websites that support 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations, and share a historical perspective with materials from the Historical Dietary Guidance Digital Collection.
