Timely Issues In Mid-Atlantic Agriculture: Agricultural Trade

With international trade issues currently in the news, agricultural producers understandably have questions about how changes in U.S. trade policy could impact U.S. agriculture. Those involved with agriculture in and around Maryland should register now for the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics' (AREC) Timely Issues in Mid-Atlantic Agriculture Webinar Series focused on international trade issues.

The webinar will take place on July 17, 2018, at 12 pm (EST) to 1 pm (EST). Register for the webinar at https://go.umd.edu/IntTradeWebinar.

The webinar will feature Dr. Luis Ribera, Associate Professor and Extension Economist, Texas A&M University. Dr. Ribera will discuss current issues with international trade in agriculture and how potential changes in U.S. trade policy could impact U.S. agriculture.

The University of Maryland Extension programs are open to all and will not discriminate against anyone because of race, age, sex, color, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, religion, ancestry, or natural origin, marital status, genetic information, political affiliation, or gender identity and expression.
