Takeaways from the 2nd Machine Age Conference - Critical Conversation

Panel conversation on the thoughts of workforce changes as the result of technological changes and these changes mean for Cooperative Extension. This Critical Conversation will center around some ideas that were discussed at the MIT Second Machine Age and in the book The Second Machine Age by Erik Brynjolfsson and Andrew McAfee.

Panelists will include Anne Adrian, Jerry Buchko and Jerry Thomas.
The conversation will be moderated by Bob Bertsch.

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs.
