Stress on the Farm
Join Anna Scheyett, PhD, MSW, LCS on Wednesday April 16th at 12:30pm as she discusses Stress on the Farm. Rural life is often seen as peaceful and simple. The truth is that working in farming is one of the most stressful jobs there is. This talk will look at the stresses in farming and ways to get information about stress management to people who farm. We will also talk about how these same stress management ideas can help each of us with our own wellness.
