Staying in the Loop: Circularity in Integrated Crop and Livestock Production

Watch the recording!

Have you heard or read about circularity and the circular economy? These buzzwords describe sustainability concepts that are being adopted in many sectors, including food animal production. In this webinar, our presenters will share definitions for these concepts and how they can inform thinking about changes to animal systems and manure management.

An application for continuing education credit for Certified Crop Advisors (CCAs) and members of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) will be submitted.

Presenters include:

  • Mahmoud Sharara, North Carolina State University
  • Dan Andersen, Iowa State University
  • Diwakar Vyas, University of Florida

Handouts (PDF format) will be available the day of the webinar at the live webinar information page. Find out more about this webinar and future webinars by the Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Community (LPELC).
