Join Veronica Jones, PhD, MPH, CHES on Wednesday July 3rd at 12:30pm as she discusses Smart Choices for Navigating the Summer BBQ. Who doesn’t enjoy a great barbecue? Gathering with friends and family, playing games, soaking in some sun, and of course eating tasty food. Typical barbecue dishes can be loaded with saturated fat, sodium, and added sugar. Having fun does not mean you have to forget about healthy eating. In this session, we will discuss smart ways to make healthier choices at your next outdoor event.
