Selecting, handling, and cooking turkey


With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, many are thinking about cooking a turkey for those special days. This webinar will discuss which turkey to get, how to handle it safely, and how to cook it. The webinar will be presented by Jason Bolton, food safety specialist at the University of Maine, and Kathleen Savoie, a registered dietician at the University of Maine.
