State Extension Services are facing steep budget cuts and many are reorganizing. Some are narrowing the scope of their services, running the risk of reducing public value leading to further budget cuts. Other states are exploring ways to do more with less by changing the way they do business. This webinar reports on regionalization and specialization efforts as a means of increasing both the efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery.
