QGIS: Data Acquisition and Transformation

Summary:

QGIS is a free and open source GIS software program that can be used to make maps and perform geospatial analysis. This webinar is all about finding or creating data in various formats (.shp, .csv, .gpx...) and coordinate systems, and figuring out how to bring them into your QGIS map project. It is easy to do once you learn how to use GPS Tools, Add Delimited Text Layer, and the Coordinate Reference System Settings.
