Strategies for Developing Successful CRED Extension Programs: Perspectives of a Program Leader

Dr. Tim Borich (Iowa State University) will be drawing upon his Extension experience from the local, state, regional and national levels, and engage participants with some of the key elements in building CRED programming and gaging its success.  He will aid this discussion by providing some historical context as to the evolution and trends he has seen and is seeing.  He will also highlight some of the quirks found in Iowa and other states and the great variability found between states.  Finally, he will lead a discussion on some of the possible trends not only effecting CRED programming, but may be generated by it.
