Learn to Build Community Capacity through My Training Hub Training Modules

This is a free webinar hosted by the Community Capacity Building concentration area of the Military Families Learning Network.

This webinar will provide an overview of the Community Capacity Building resources which includes: how to access the training (including the technical challenges of MyTrainingHub), the nine training modules and their content, an inventory of other CCB resources accessible through the website.


Facilitator: Mitch McCormick

Mitch is a Social Media Specialist with the Military Families Learning Network, and has worked in the Cooperative Extension System in New York for over six years. Mitch works to develop partnerships with community organizations to improve the capacity to serve local youth and families .

A certificate of completion will be provided for this course.

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs. The Foundation provides professional development to Cooperative Extension professionals and offers exclusive services to its members.
