Introduction to Spreadsheets

This is an introduction to using spreadsheets for people who have never used a spreadsheet or who just want to refresh their memory about the basics.

We'll cover how to move around, entering data and performing basic calculations. The focus will be on learning the concepts and terminology used with spreadsheets. We will demonstrate using both Google Docs Spreadsheets and MS Excel.

This is an interactive session and will have hands-on practice during the session.

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs.
