When an occasional chicken dies, it may not always be possible to get it to a diagnostic lab. Dr. David Frame, DVM from Utah State University, will discuss how to perform a simple necropsy. It is not meant to be a replacement for a professional diagnosis, but it can give insights to discuss with a specialist with regards to the cause of death for the chicken.
