Getting started with 'Selling to food hubs'

This program is part of a 13-webinar Michigan State University Extension 2020 Beginning Farmer Webinar Series. A descriptive flyer and on-line registration and payment for any or all of the webinars is available at https://events.anr.msu.edu/begfrmr2020/. A registration fee of $5 per webinar, or ½ price fee of $32.50 for all 12 webinars is required. Limited scholarships are available – contact MSU Extension Educator Jim Isleib at isleibj@msu.edu for scholarship details. If you register after a webinar is completed, a link to a recording of the completed webinars will be provided within 3 days.

Including sales to a local food hub can provide a good marketing option for small farms.  Mariel will present background on food hubs and how they may fit into your business operation.
