This session will be a general session on Ask an Expert and how to get started using the system. It will include how to's such as signing up to receive questions, receiving questions, replying and answering questions, assigning questions to other experts, interacting with clientele through AaE and more. This session is a one hour session so we can have discussions and questions surrounding AaE along with giving updates on recent changes. Both beginners and experienced AaE experts are invited!
