From Interest to Reality: Keeping Volunteers Interested Webinar

Many volunteer organizations struggle with getting a potential volunteer all the way through the process of recruitment to beginning service. In this webinar, we will discuss the process of moving a volunteer through the interviewing, screening, and orientation processes in order to prepare them for the skills-based training they will need for their unique position. Participants will learn about the role of program staff in supporting and managing volunteers and the importance of providing volunteers with position descriptions.
