Join Karen Ensle EdD, RDN, FAND, CFCS next Wednesday June 14th, 2023 at 12:30pm as she discusses Exercise for Those Over Age 50. One benefit of an active lifestyle after age 50 includes being less likely to develop certain diseases. Participating in social activities may lower the risk of dementia, heart disease, stroke and certain cancers. Studies indicate happiness, life satisfaction and a sense of purpose are all linked to living longer.
