Evaluation as Positive Youth Development

The eXtension Evaluation Community of Practice monthly webinar focuses on helping the 4-H community blend youth development and program development to enhance both. Rather than seeing evaluation as "the tail that wags the dog," the presenters (two agents and specialist from North Carolina) find looking, listening, listing, and 'making the best better' as guiding principles to integrate supportive relationships, quality programs, and exceptional evaluation. Presentation will be followed by a time of Q&A and discussion. Call a colleague and come on (with your headset) for a nationwide workshop. Community-based 4-H staff are our priority audience but anyone is welcomed.
